We like nice things. Who doesn't? That's why part of our "'good luck" closing gift is a Tiffany's box with champagne flutes and a bottle of Veuve Cliquot. Our agents know we're doing it right when at the closing table the other agent points at someone walking outside with that same awesome gift, and they turn around and see ANOTHER of the team's lead agents walking in for a closing as well!

So let's start off the with agent Matthew Biggers closing. This one was a tough, well-fought battle. Our client is a total Gear Head (read: he love cars and owns three really nicely tuned European cars). All the homes he was looking for would require that he sink tons of additional cash he didn't want to spend into a larger carport/garage that could allow him to install a lift. So we found him a home, under his budget, in an area he wanted, with a THREE car carport and a 2000sqft warehouse on the property where he will soon have a very positive cashflow venture storing other Gear Heads' cars! Congrats Dennis!
